They arrived on time, were professional, friendly and they worked their butts off. No wasting time taking needless breaks, no standing around talking, they came in, were organized, knew what needed to be done and got it accomplished in a timely, efficient manner. I don’t remember the name of the person in charge, but he was outstanding. I could tell one of the young guys was new, I was so impressed with how the team leader corrected him if he did something wrong. There was no yelling, or calling him out, making him feel stupid or embarrassed, he simply told him what he was doing wrong, showed him the proper way to do and away they went. Talk about professional.

“After working for 40 years in the customer service field, I have a very good idea what excellent customer service is and what is less than excellent. My husband and I are retired and have just moved from a three-level townhouse with stairs to a top floor condo in an adult community, with elevators.
We hired Precisely Right Moving and Storage and are so pleased with the way our move went and how professional this company handled themselves throughout the whole move.
They are an independently owned company with Jake at the helm as president with his three employees Adrian, Matt and Victor. These men came at precisely the time agreed upon and took care of our belongings like they were their own.
Not one thing was broken or scratched. Quite impressive to see this team at work with their dress code of beige shorts, black tops and black running shoes.
Let me tell you, they put those running shoes to good use. No slowing down for them, continually on the go, and they have such a good teamwork ethic.
With the two locations involved, it was a long day for all of us, but they never lost their cool and anyone watching them could see they knew what needed to be done and they did it, as a team.
We wanted to make sure that good and exceptional service does not go unnoticed in our city.
